Ellie brings over two decades of experience as a senior executive in People & Culture coaching and developing leaders across the globe.


Her industry experience spans working in large multi-national high tech companies such as Adobe, Microsoft, T-Mobile and MCI to smaller startups such as Snowflake, Omniture and Box.


She is also an Assistant Professor of Business at Southwestern Assemblies of God University, specializing in Management, Entrepreneurship, Ethics, Business Communications, and Organizational Behavior.


Ellie is probably best known, for her industry shaping work, leading the abolition of the performance review process at Adobe and creating the Check-In process.

Ken brings over two decades of experience working with ministry leaders, educators, and coaches to shape programs and culture to increase effectiveness.


He holds dual Masters degrees in Theology and Intercultural Studies with an emphasis in Leadership Development.


Ken also worked on a Phd in Intercultural Studies with and emphasis in Post Modern Leadership. His Phd studies focused on the impact of shame on leadership and culture.


Ken and his wife, Ellie, founded Leadership Techne and consult with small businesses, ministries and educational institutions to help them Master the Art of Leadership.
